Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about what TOPS is, who can see what, and how AI fits into coaching for paratransit and NEMT teams without making employment decisions.
For employees
What is TOPS?
A single place to see performance, schedule context, tasks, and related coaching resources. It turns scattered spreadsheets into one visible picture meant to support coaching conversations, not replace a supervisor's judgment.
What can I see?
Your own current score, score band, recent movement, and related history your organization makes available. Peer comparisons appear only when a group is large enough to stay anonymous.
Who else can see my information?
People in your reporting chain and authorized leadership or HR roles, according to your organization's configuration. Other employees do not get open access to your scores.
Does AI make decisions about me?
No. AI may help draft documents or summarize trends. It does not set your score or make employment decisions. A person reviews AI-assisted content before use.
What if something looks wrong?
Tell your supervisor or HR. Events can be corrected, and corrections are recorded so the conversation has a clear trail.
For supervisors and leaders
What changes for me?
You get a scoped view of the people you support, faster event logging, coaching tools, and documentation workflows with an audit trail so conversations stay consistent.
Are scores explainable?
Yes. Scores connect to source events and your configured policy rules. The point is clarity for coaching, not a black box.
How should I treat AI coaching drafts?
As a first draft grounded in policy and records. You stay accountable for judgment, tone, and what gets sent or filed.
For IT and procurement
What is the stack?
A modern web application with hosted authentication, Postgres data storage, role-based access enforced in the database, and optional AI drafting through a gateway. Details for your RFP can be covered in a security review.
How is data protected between organizations?
Workspaces are isolated. Access inside a workspace is role-scoped. Administrators manage invites, roles, and deactivation.
Is there a mobile app?
TOPS is installable as a progressive web app today. Native App Store and Google Play apps are in pilot via a Capacitor shell over the same hosted product.
