Terms of service
Last updated July 24, 2026. These terms cover use of TransitTrends public websites and evaluation of TOPS. Paid customer use is governed by your order form or services agreement.
Acceptance
By using this website or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms. If you are evaluating TOPS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
The service
TOPS (Total Operations Performance Score) is a configurable operations performance platform for transit agencies and service providers. Features described on marketing pages may evolve. Production access, data isolation, and support levels are defined in your customer agreement.
Accounts
Access to production workspaces is typically invite-based. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you and for activity under your account. Administrators may deactivate access at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another organization's workspace or data.
- Do not misuse the service to harass people, violate employment law, or bypass your own policies.
- Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt the service outside authorized testing.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to process.
Customer data and decisions
Your organization owns the workforce and operations data it places in TOPS. Scores, coaching drafts, and documentation support human review. TransitTrends does not make employment decisions for your staff. AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed by authorized users before use.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information. Marketing site analytics and demo requests are used to operate and improve TransitTrends.
Intellectual property
TransitTrends, TOPS, and related marks, software, and content remain the property of TransitTrends Inc. or its licensors. You receive only the rights granted in your customer agreement or needed to browse this site.
Disclaimers
Marketing materials are informational. The site and evaluation environments are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that the service will meet every operational requirement without configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransitTrends is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing site or an unpaid evaluation. Liability for paid services is limited as stated in your customer agreement.
